Elston Hall Primary School – Site Supervisor

Trust Pay Scale 4 (£13.26 - £14.13 per hour)
Full Time 37 hours per week
Monday to Friday 6.30 am to 9.30 am and between 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm (some flexibility may be required)
To start 1 September 2025
Elston Hall Primary School is seeking to appoint a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for opening and closing the school, as well as working with the existing Site Manager to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times. You should be able to develop effective working relationships and take an active part in the life of the school to enhance the provision for our school community. You must have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work. The ability to plan and carry out general repairs and routine maintenance is essential and we are looking for somebody who will be well motivated and proactive in their approach. This post will involve opening and losing the school, you will need to work with the existing Site Manager to ensure that the school is maintained at all times.
The post holder must be aware of and adhere to the Trust’s and school’s policies and procedures in connection with Child Protection and Safeguarding.
