Thinking of joining a Trust?
The vision we had in 2015, when we created our Trust was to enable schools to work within an ethos of deep collaboration, whilst retaining the individuality that schools bring to their own children and their community. Being part of a Trust brings with it a sense of belonging not only to the school but the wider group of schools.
The fundamental aim we began with, was to ensure that all schools in our Trust have access to an effective support network that covers all aspects of teaching, learning and school leadership.
Our ‘Core Offer’ outlines to schools how they can benefit from the skills and experience of our School Improvement and Trust Central Teams. Access to financial, operational, HR and governance support has grown in since the Trust was created, along with support for all these aspects of school management. We continue to be proud of our School Improvement provision, it is flexible and responsive but always inclusive of what is already working well.
We are committed to collaboration and learning from each other. We have a proven history in school improvement which is demonstrated by the journey of each of our schools.
A further non-negotiable aspect of our Trust is the care and attention we pay to our staff, the most important part of our organisation. We create teams based on mutual support and understanding; valuing colleagues who care deeply about our children and each other.
Whatever your reasons for considering academisation, we welcome the opportunity to talk to you and invite you to visit schools in our Trust.
